This stuff is the thing of miracles. I’ve got all my family and some friends on to it. It makes a difference to the quality of your sleep and no muzzy head. I have it an hour before bed time. Recommend!
I am a not great sleeper and have tried many remedies, mostly with out success. This works so well, and it is natural but effective. I am consistently getting an excellent night's sleep. Highly recommend you try this product if you have trouble falling asleep, or waking up too early.
